Before we get started there are a few things that you need to know. We take our business and service delivery seriously. Our procedures are available on our website here. All procedures must be adhered to, no exceptions will be made, this safeguards the prompt and successful execution of the transaction. All Buyers will be validated before any transaction can commence. Please take note that we have a list of Buyers and Mandates that we have grey-listed, and no agreements will be entered, if any person(s) listed are involved in any new transaction.
Should you wish to make use of our services, kindly complete the Buyer application form including all documents as set out in the Anti Money Laundering Compliance documents required (please revert to AML Compliance clause 7). Once your application is vetted and accepted we will inform you via email and provide you with your reference number to continue with the transaction. Should you have many Mandates that need to be compensated for this transaction, please notify us when your application is approved.
All commissions have to be disclosed and a Mandate can only earn commission from either the Client or Vilakazeum Pty Ltd. No exploitation will be tolerated. We treat everyone with respect and therefore request that the same be returned. No conference calls may be initiated without an appointment being scheduled and confirmed. Please do not create WhatsApp groups, with Vilakazeum Pty Ltd staff without prior consent.
We are based in South Africa and work on (GMT+2). Should you / your team fall under a different time zone, kindly inform us in advance so we will be able to create a working schedule that will accommodate all parties. We are looking forward to a long prosperous working relationship.
