Thank you for showing interest in working with our Company. Before we get started there are a few things that you need to know. We take our business and service delivery seriously. When you are working with us we expect only the highest quality and prompt service to be provided to the Client.

Our procedures are available on our website here. All procedures must be adhered to, no exceptions will be made, this safeguards the prompt and successful execution of the transaction. All mandates will be validated before any transaction can commence. Please take note that we have a list of Clients and Mandates that we have grey-listed, and no agreements will be entered, if any person(s) listed are involved in any new transaction.

Should you wish to apply as a Mandate working on behalf of your Client, with Vilakazeum Pty Ltd, kindly complete the mandate application form including all documents as set out in the Anti Money Laundering Compliance documents required (please revert to AML Compliance clause 7). Once your application is vetted and accepted we will inform you and send you an NCNDA/IMFPA according to I.C.C 400/500/600 regulations.

Please take note that your Client will have to give you a Mandate Appointment Letter on Company Letterhead confirming the following: That you / your company has been appointed to source (product quantity quality and description) at (price) per metric ton. And that your commission will be (price) per metric ton. Without this letter, we will not assist you on behalf of the Client and the Client should contact us directly.

If there is more than one Mandate on one transaction, the same will apply to all. More than 3(three) Mandates working on the same transaction, the Mandates need to appoint a Paymaster and nominate 1(one) Mandate that will be the point of communication with Vilakazeum Pty Ltd. All commissions have to be disclosed and a Mandate can only earn commission from either the Client or Vilakazeum Pty Ltd. No exploitation will be tolerated.

We treat everyone with respect and therefore request that the same be returned. No conference calls may be initiated without an appointment being scheduled and confirmed. Please do not create WhatsApp groups, with Vilakazeum Pty Ltd representatives without prior consent.

We are based in South Africa and work on (GMT+2). Should you / your team or the Client fall under a different time zone, kindly inform us in advance so we will be able to create a working schedule that will accommodate all parties.
